A. Legal advice and consultation.

As a member, you can consult with L4T legal advisor or attorney by telephone or email at 24 hours or face to face consult with an attorney at L4T head office or in your area personally. The legal advisor or attorney will answer your legal questions, advise you of your legal rights and assist you in reaching a solution to your legal problem.

B.  Negotiation legal claim or assist in resolving your legal matters. Letters and phone calls on your behalf.

C.  Provide an attorney to hearing the interrogation and giving you legal advice at Police Station.

When you have been instituted as alleged offender by intention or without intention, you might not know about the rights according to the law, the interrogation will conform to the right and justice or not, how is the communications with the officer, and the understanding between you and the officer? Such things might make you be unfavorable, or not receive the justice.

 

L4T will maintain the rights for you by providing the lawyer at your place and give legal advice for the member, and also attend in the interrogation by your side for protect lawful rights.

D.  Process the provisional release (Bail).

In the criminal case, the alleged shall be kept in custody or shall be detained during the officer make the inquiry. When you have been alleged as the alleged offender, you shall be kept in custody during the trial proceedings at the Court. The alleged offender or accused shall lose their freedom before the trial proceedings that the alleged have committed an offence by the law as such person have been alleged. Such things shall not be admired by everyone.

L4T will protect the rights and freedom of our member by sending the request of provisional release after we have been notified. Therefore, the members still free during the trial proceedings until the pending final judgment. (The alleged offender has the right to request for the provisional release in the inquiry proceedings according to the criminal procedure code of Thailand section 106)

E.  Reserve the security deposit in case of provisional release with bail and security.

In some criminal case, the security deposit for provisional release maybe request in big amount. The members maybe are unable to find such amount promptly. Thereby, the member shall be detained until they are able to find the security deposit for bail. Such reason, the member maybe lose their freedom without reasonable.

L4T offers members the advance amount for the security deposit; to insure members that they shall not be kept in custody during the inquiry or trial proceedings.

F.  Contract and Document review

L4T will review and analyze the Contract or Document and suggest changes that will be beneficial before you sign. 

 

G. Make a prosecution or defend with person or juristic person on your behalf both in Civil and Criminal.

Sometimes, it is difficult for members to claim the lawful rights if any damages occur due to they must return to their country. As a result, they maybe lose their deserved rights.

L4T shall defend the rights for member by act as agent authorized or as representative to claim the rights as mentioned for them.
